Cowen Edutainment Ltd is an educational and consulting company. Our service combines education with entertainment to make learning about technology enjoyable and accessible. The AI Consultant is our dedicated branch for AI education and consultancy.
Acceptance of Terms: By signing up for the AI Horizon Chat service and ticking the checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the AI Horizon Chat service is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms.
Section 2: Eligibility and Service Terms
Age Requirement: The AI Horizon Chat service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using this service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
User Responsibilities: Users must not use the AI Horizon Chat service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In the use of the service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws. Additionally, you must not transmit any harmful code or viruses and should refrain from any activity that may be deemed destructive or harmful.

Service Usage: Cowen Edutainment Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content generated or shared by users on AI Horizon Chat (excluding credit card information, which is always encrypted) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements.
Content Standards: Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the AI Horizon Chat service without our express written permission. Moreover, you must not upload, share, or disseminate any adult content, or content that is racial, sexually explicit, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of your services.
Section 4: Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
Cowen Edutainment Ltd, through its AI Horizon Chat service, provides information and content related to Artificial Intelligence and technology. However, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or currentness of the information presented. The content is intended for general informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for decision-making. Users are encouraged to consult more accurate, complete, and timely sources of information for critical decisions. Reliance on any information provided by the AI Horizon Chat service is at the user's own risk.
Section 5: Modifications to the Service and Prices
Service Access: Access to the AI Horizon Chat service is currently provided as a complimentary part of the AI Horizon paid membership plan. Members who are in good standing retain free access to the service.
Membership Breaks and Pricing: If a member takes a break for more than one month and is not in good standing, their access to the service will be revoked. However, they may choose to pay a monthly fee of $19 to retain access to the AI Horizon Chat service.
Price Changes: Cowen Edutainment Ltd reserves the right to modify the pricing structure at any time. Members will be notified of any such changes and will have the option to continue or discontinue their use of the service based on the new pricing terms. There is no intention to charge for AI Horizon paid members so this is really for members who pay for the service separately.
Section 6: Billing and Account Information
Cowen Edutainment Ltd allows AI Horizon group members to access the AI Horizon Chat service for free as part of their paid membership. It is important for members to maintain accurate and current account information, especially their email address, to ensure uninterrupted access to the service.
For those who choose to discontinue their AI Horizon Membership but wish to retain access to the AI Horizon Chat service, standard billing practices will apply. Such members will be required to provide and maintain current, complete, and accurate payment information. This includes prompt updates to account details, especially for changes in email addresses, to facilitate seamless service and communication
Section 7: Optional Tools
In the AI Horizon Chat service, members may have access to various third-party tools and integrations. While we facilitate access to these tools, they are often subject to additional purchases and are not included in the AI Horizon membership or AI Horizon Chat subscription. We offer no direct support for these third-party tools, and any issues or inquiries should be directed to the respective third-party providers. The use of these tools is entirely at the members' discretion and risk, and we bear no responsibility for the functionality or compatibility of these tools with our service.
Section 8: Third-Party Links
Our AI Horizon Chat service may include or offer third-party links, including content, products, and services. For AI Horizon members, if they discontinue their paid membership and do not rejoin within one month, their access to the AI Horizon Chat service will be automatically terminated, unless they opt to maintain access by paying the separate monthly fee. Cowen Edutainment Ltd may also terminate this agreement without notice for non-compliance with the terms. All responsibilities incurred before termination will remain in effect post-termination.
Section 17: Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions outlined here, including any additional policies or rules posted on our website, make up the entire agreement between you, the user, and Cowen Edutainment Ltd regarding the AI Horizon Chat service. By using our service, you're agreeing to these terms. Any failure on our part to enforce a right or provision under these terms does not waive that right or provision. These terms govern your use of the AI Horizon Chat service and supersede any previous agreements or understandings, whether verbal or written, between you and us.
